How many miles you got on yours? I'm at 200k, so I'm thinking of doing the same thing. I've been really neglecting the brake system, but it's been working fine. I've never changed out the rear shoes, or bled the system. Just been putting in new pads in front when they wear out.eric90503 said:It's about time to do some maint. to my front end.

I was about to order some from Toyota of Dallas when I found out that they were like 275each sideEven with their awesome prices that's still a lot.

Well, I should say, I do check the rears every 30k miles or so and they always have meat on them. So that's why I've never changed them out. It's about time to check again though. I noticed that the wheel cylinders were leaking a bit, so I may just get some rebuilt ones too. Do a whole brake overhaul.
