Not his but I bought one from SUVlights.com and is pretty much the same thing. It makes em brighter.

Same here with the SUVlights.com kit....probably one of the first mods I did back in '98...that and the H4 replacements got rid of that yellowy (is that a word) look/color of the lights...well worth it, and I have yet to blow a fuse/relay considering there are a couple more failure points (IMO) in the upgraded system (such as tapping off the existing and adding new relays to handle high/low beams)...but it was a gravy install and I cannot complain one bit (knock on wood)...
