Does that diff have the complete actuator assembly on it? Do you know if it will work in my 02? How much shipped to Houston, 77084?

No the bumper is not the same as an 02'

The CV's are in great condition, it even includes the nuts and safty nut.

I don't know if it will work on the 02' I don't know why it wouldn't. It is complete from stud to stud, actuator is part of the complete package.
