I am having a problem with my passenger seat in my 2000 extra cab. The seat back has about a half inch of play back and forth. I've tried tightening all the bolts but nothing works. Have any of you had this problem and fixed it?
Also when I look at my truck from the front it looks like the drivers seat is leaning in towards the center.

What bolds have you tightened? There are 4 bolts that hold the back of the seat to the bottom, that if not tight then it will have play in it. They are not visible without taking half the seat back apart. If they are tight, then you will just have to trouble shoot to find the problem. It should be pretty obvious if you take the seat apart.

A few years ago I had the same problem, along with squeeking on my 99's seats. I disassembled the seats, then reassembled them using "Loc-Tight" on all every bolt and screw. Havent had any play or squeeks in over 2 years.
