I have my OME rear springs installed along with OME shocks and when use my highlift to lift the rear, off my sliders, the shocks bottom out way before the springs. I was wondering what shocks to run in the stock location, or should I shell out the $ and setup the rear like this /\. I would like to put some 5100's in since they are back in stock, along with not having to go crazy with the setup.

The reason the shocks limit your flex is due to shock length. You can't run longer shocks without bottoming out during compression. Changing to a / \ set-up allows for longer shocks, but you lose some shock efficiency when you go to that configuration. Cutting into the bed with shock towers is another way to run longer shocks. :welder:

Why did I know you would say that. Looks like I'll go with the bracket from ORS to make them /\. Now I just need the welder :welder: Anybody Else?
