About 2.25" and the ride was pretty decent. A little firm, but better than other AALs that I've had.

Add-A-Leaf....You put it in your stock leaf pack and it increases the spring rate and gives you lift. Sorta like an additional over-load spring. A relatively cheap way to get rear lift without replacing the entire leaf pack or going with lift shackles.

They definately fit up to 2004 Tacos. Skyjacker doesn't do a very good job of updating/changing their part number-to-vehicle references. I looked the part number up in the Skyjacker book at the local distributors place.
