Well the past week or so I noticed that my truck hasn't been as responsive as it was previously say within the past 6 months or so. Also it could be my imagination but the Supercharger when its boosting doesnt sound as loud as it did before, while the boost gauge registers around the same amount it always has, how accurate it is though is another geuss.
I've got 61k on it and have had the blower for just around 30k miles, some guys at CT suggested that it was signs of the cat melting... However I don't run a cat converter because of all the previous problems I had with it, so I know its not that and I've been running it that way with the O2 sim from Gadget and it ran like a champ for around a year now. The exhaust loudness is exactly the same as before, its just the whine from the super charger that seems to be softer. I don't really know whats wrong if its the blower itself someother compounding problem, its getting me very perturbed. My first geusses are tranny or the blower. Could the decrease in the whine be attributed to time and a natural occurance? But at the moment I'm at a loss...I'd appreciate any insight
