Speaker Box w/ Sub FS

I don't have an amp to go with it, I have gotta hang on to it for my current set up. Shipping should be about $11 on UPS ground. The box is kind of heavy and with the speaker weighs about 25 or 30lbs. Is $85 together good for you? I think I paid about that price for the box alone.
