well tonight was at the hottub with some ladies..and go to leave..and the truck wont fire..so i get a jump..NOTHING..call AAA..got towed home..so now the truck is home..and wont start..what do i do now?..clean the starter...maybe?...or somehow get it to toyota to see if its covred under warrenty..

any help as fast as possible would be great..im really starting to hate this truck

Gotta give a little more info than that. What is the truck, what did it do and not do etc.

Does the battery have juice, check it with a volt meter or take it to a auto store, they check for free. That's a start and then go from there, preliminarily I would think it was the battery. Lets seee what happens.

Try cleaning the starter. Since the jump did not work it's probably not the battery. Also check the cables going to the starter. Another thing to check is the "igniter" attached to the passenger fender near the air cleaner. Mine came unplugged one time and the truck would not start.
