Hey all,

Since 30K miles is long gone, I do all my own maintenance these days, which includes greasing all the zerks on the driveshafts etc. I have a Powerbuilt grease gun with several different attachments. They all fit to the zerks and pump grease very well, but getting the damn things off seems like it's too much of a hassle. Whats going on? Is my grease gun a peice-a-junk? Any tips or tricks for EZ removal?

Thanks,

Beave

It's not your gun, my is the same way. I just wiggle it around while trying to get it off.

There is a twist ring to loosen and tighten the nozzle, but twisting it to loosen when it is stuck on and all greasy is hard. Maybe just loosen it a little bit before starting.
