So I'm installing the OME tomorrow, and realized that i got nothing by way of instructions with the kit, except for a strut diagram. Not a big deal, I know where everything goes and I've done this before, but I realized I don't have torque specifications for the front. I found the rear torque specs on AllData. but they don't have any listed for the front struts. Does anybody have any info on what these should be, or should I just go with 'damn tight'? Thanks

Damn tight is not good - especially for the upper 3 retaining nuts & the main shock center nut.

The info is out there if you look for it
http://fsm.afraid.org/

*hint*** I use anti-sieze compund on these during re-install
Upper 3 nuts that hold the assembly 42ft*lbs
Lower shock mount 101 ft*lbs
center retaining nut for shock/top plate 22 ft*lbs (DO NOT REMOVE this unless the coil are securely compressed)

If you have to remove the 4 lower bolts to get more droop- be sure to use loctite during install

that site is awesome. i guess the 2003 is slightly different than my '98 but it still seems like a great reference.
