sway bar question

my buddy has a cherokee and when we go 4-wheelin he always disconnects his front sway to help it flex better. will disconnecting my swaybar on mine (04 v6 trd ext cab) help me much, or do we flex enough as it is?

disconnecting it will give more flex and more flex is almost always better.The ifs front suspension has limited flex when compared to a solid axle so any help is good in my opinion.
