sway bar question

my buddy has a cherokee and when we go 4-wheelin he always disconnects his front sway to help it flex better. will disconnecting my swaybar on mine (04 v6 trd ext cab) help me much, or do we flex enough as it is?

i dont have one on my truck and i drive like a crazy woman sometimes and i never have problums :xcrazy:
