When I changed mine in addition to what you said I also changed the tensioner, upper idler, and lower idler/tensioner sub assy as well as all new toyota belts.

I second the cam/crank seals.....
Make sure to use the chain wrench ($10.00 from H.F. saves you from a big PITA)- cut an old belt and use that as padding so you don't dammage your crank/cam pulleys.........+ the blue point tensioner........(or mikes)
I found it a lot easier to yank out the radiator (replacing fluid/hoses anyway) so I could fit an impact in and easily zip off the crank nut........
