If I am planning on going with some 32"x11.5" how much will this effect my gas mileage especially if I am already getting like 18-20mpg. WOuld re-gearing help this issue?

If you're coming from a 31" tire I doubt you'll see much difference in mileage.

When I went from 31 to 32 there was maybe a .5 to 1 gallon difference at the most.

Regearing for 32" tires if you have 4.10's seems like a waste to me; the truck is a little slower with them but not enough to justify the expense.

I just had 265/75R16's put on my '01 V6 today. They are roughly 32" x 10.5". I filled up on the way home, so I'll let you know in a week or so what my MPG is. I also just added DR coilovers and 9 leaf Deaver's so that will affect the MPG too.
