I know this sounds crazy, but most of us have no idea who you are or what coilovers you're changing out. Most of us probably don't care if you saw a movie tonight, either. Not trying to be mean, just being honest.

Yes my advice would be to tell us more about what coilovers you are changing from and what you are changing to. Another bit of advice would be to do a search as well and get gobs of info on coilover swaps.
