Torque spec for spark plugs (ik22's)

gonna install these and I can't find what they should be torqued too.

I've got a 04 taco V6 4x4

That's strange, my chilton manual states:

11-15 ft lbs for a tapered seat plug, and for a plug with a crush washer, to seat the plug, then tighten 1/4 turn to crush the washer.

I'm so confused
