I don't see why not. There should be holes there already from where the bumper is bolted on and if you were going to bolt up a tow hitch, you would bolt up to the frame in back anyway.

You can't just bolt them to the frame or you'll bend it the first time you use the hooks. You'll have to reinforce the frame before you do that. Your best bet may be to get a hitch and use a receiver mounted shackle or spend some time boxing the frame ends.

I second the hitch idea. Thats what I did and you can find one for like 50 bucks used. I thrash on mine all the time and nothing bad has happened yet.
