You know it really has more to do with people not paying any attention to where the mat is on the floor. If you keep it attached to the tabs it's no problem. Why is it so hard people............:eek:

Or just be OCD like me and make sure it correct every time you jump in the damn thing. I have aftermarket mats and they don't use the tabs since they are plastic.

I have the rubber TRD's that fit on the tabs and have no issue. My OCD is taken care of for me by the tabs. :D

Yea I went thru 2 sets of those in the first year. Well not the rubber ones.

There doing good so far. The only place that has wear is from where I pivot my foot from the brake to the gas. I have just been putting Black RTV on the back where it tries to wear through. I give them another year and they will have to be replaced.

I also just checked my gas pedal for the hell of it. With the mat in the proper place it doesn't come within 2" of the pedal at all. Some people. :rolleyes:

Could it be due to the aftermarket mats out there? Or is there something else involved?
