transfer case skid

well i dont plan on doing any real extreme offroading , but a little extra protection cant hurt . i see how exposed the t-case is and wondered if there were any opinions on this skid (seems like the only one out there)

Got that SkidRow myself, well built and finished.
Haven't beat the p!SS outta it yet but feel that it'll hold its own.

Second what Keith said. Excellant product and they are great people to shoot the shit with as well. You could see if whereever you order it from will work out a deal and you can just go pick it up yourself. Thats what we did. They are just outside of Harrisburg.

Good skid plate. I have rock rash all over mine but no dents or carnage to date.

I have the DeMello skid plate

I could find it on his site? One thing I like about it is, it also offers good protection for the auto trans oil pan.

I have the skid row plate as well. It is a good plate and would recommend to anyone. It's cheap insurance to protect the T-case. I've come down hard on it a few times and my tcase has never been touched.

You might want to call and verify that price... Skidrow raised their prices recently and are going for about $200, if the price is good I just might have to get it from them (was going to use 4x4groupbuy.com)

thanks for the input guys, i ordered it from crawltech to see if they said anything about the price , well i heard back that they wernt accepting amex anymore but he didnt say anything about the price!!! so next is sliders i guess

oh and with so many from pa,nj ,de,md when are we getting together for paragon or rausch creek?

I took the skid row plate through the rubicon last year. It was the only thing under the truck not dented. Good stuff.
