Today I was cleaning my truck and noticed the space between the cab and the bed on the drivers side was larger than the space at the passenger side.
I could fit my fingers between the drivers side but not the passenger side. It's probably .25" difference. Should it be out of line like this? Should I be concerned?
I have an 04 doublecab.

Thanks :(

mine's the same way. before my body lift and after. i tried to fix it but to no avail.

if you want, losen the bolts holding down the bed and then have someone hold it in place while you tighten them.

Happened to me after I put on my body lift. Like Nastynate said, loosen up all the bolts that hold the bed to the frame and line it up. Get a buddy to keep it in place, and then tighten down all the bolts. done ;)

EDIT: There are 6 bolts to loosen up, two of them are kinda hidden, they're at the rear of the bed.

correct me if i'm wrong, but i believe there are less for a double cab.

or maybe there were more cab mounts but the same number of bed mounts.. can't seem to remember.

loosen all the bolts except for the one that is near the corner that you don't want to move, (you may need to loosen this slightly) then have move the bed so its alighned to your liking. tighten down, and your good to go.
Depending on what you do with your truck, if you have a body lift or not... you can actually have the bed and cab impact on eachother, so I'd adjust the bed for more space than less. But then again this is if you are causing the frame to flex a ton.
