I am having trouble finding both the TSB's for the 2004 Engine Cranking Problem. Does anyone know where I can find a copy of both?

Idea is to take each to the dealer and tell them to fix it. I know they have copies, but I want to make them aware that I know about the problem.

For some reason, I can't open the file. Adobe says the file is damaged. I have a TSB that was put out Sept. of 04, but their was one put out in December I can't find anywhere.
