whenever i run over approx. 63 mph i get this wierd vibration that is rather annoying. whenever i continually increase speed it seems to not be as obvious. but im not sure what it is or what to do about it. my first guess was maybe a tire outa balance but i cant tell any unusual tread wear patterns. any help is appreciated.

I had the same problem in my 2002 V6 with the stock bfg tires. Stupid me when i got my wheelers black alloys i swithced the white letters for the black letters which messed up the tread pattern, this was at 30K. Since then i got a vibration in the steering wheel when i was on the freeway. Two days ago i replaced my tires with some bridgestone dualer revos and the problem went away.

stock tacoma rims are LugCentric not the typical HubCentric. when you get a rotation, make sure they use a Haweka Adapter. that should help.

check your front wheel bearings. One of mine had gone out and it was only after tire rotation/tire balance and alignment that I figured I needed to check something else. Now that I got new bearings up front my truck drives much better
