The manual says to do a valve adjustment on the V6 but I never hear about it being done by anyone on this site. Has anyone out here had it done and, if so, after how many miles? Thanks to all for your replies.

The manual says to inspect the valve lash and adjust if needed.

Check it. Chances are you will not need to adjust anything. If you do, well it is not an easy job.
