How much lift are you getting out of the stock waggy leaf packs? I'm thinking around 8-10" of lift?

I didn't get that much out of mine. I just put 44044's on my truck that I bought used for $70, they lifted it about 3-4". My truck, as compared to my dad's stock Tacoma sits about 11-12" higher, that is including the 2" bodylift. Look for around 5-8" with the stock waggy packs.

how high is your frame, measured under the body mount by the front of the doors?

With the stock Waggy 7 leaf pack, I got about 6-7" of lift without a body lift. About perfect if you want to run 35's or 37's with the short side forward on the leaf springs.

I got right around 8-10" with the 44044 ranchos. Shackle placement can also affect the lift.

I checked out a Waggy today and it only had 6 leaves? Do most have 7?

mine has 7 leafs.
here is a pic of mine, I'm only runing a 1" bl. as you can see i got plenty of clerance and they flex awesome i'm also running the short side on the back.
