Does anyone where i can find them beside camburg, because they want $3 per washer and this is ridiculous. Since I'm a student and i have a budget i don't want to pay that much just for washer.

I'd say skip a day of getting a Starbucks, dutchbros, monster, redbull, or drink of your choise and you'll have plenty for a couple washers. Probably don't want a washer that's not the right size or metal to help hold your suspension together. Just sayin

This.
The 3/16ths washers we use for our a-arms $2 each.
They're specially laser cut from DOM material and then powdercoated.
Its not something you can get from any hardware store.

Do you know if the 3/16 washers will work with my camburg UCA?

I can't say for sure, but I don't see why not.
I have a friend who has the camburg UCA's on his 04. I sold him our bushings and our bushing sleeves and they worked just fine.
He re-used his old washers.
