Too much white. Maybe put some kind of image behind everything(kind of like a desktop wallpaper). Maybe a halftone of a camera or something. Maybe enlarge the tunnel picture for a back ground. Looks good other than that.

The main page looks strange because the images aren't the same height and because the bottom of each image repeats the top of the image.
The About page has a few punctuation, contextual and grammatical errors or missteps. See if this works for you:
Who, Me?
My name is Jeff Crooymans. I started my photography career interning and assisting my mentor, Richard Reinsdorf. From there I began my own journey in shooting. I am a fashion, editorial, and beauty photographer inspired by my own style. I want to spice up the world with sexy and elegant high and low fashion photos. I enjoy the world of motocross, skate, and surf, and want to mix some high key with some extreme style. I love to work with people and I am very people oriented. I have been published a few times and plan to move forward in a positive direction and hopefully change the perception of photography.

Also, I would can the top middle photo on the About page.
Lastly, the Beauty page doesn't have previous/next arrows, so browsing photos is inconsistent and less fluid.

It might seem like I'm picking at your work, but I am an inspector by profession and am innately detail-oriented. You've got a better page than most!

All the flash content makes it slow to load for people on slower connections.

I personally hate the intro flash page. I just want to bypass them as quickly as possible. Your intro doesn't indicate how to bypass or what to do when it finishes loading.

It would be nice if the JAC logo in the upper left was clickable as a return to home link or similar.

The site has no ICO icon.

Your non flash pages are a complete mess, but I'm guessing those were mostly an afterthought with the focus on the high bandwidth flash content.

i don't take offense to constructive criticism. so thank you all.

i changed some of the About me part to make is sound 3rd person. thats what i have been told.

the main page basically is the port home page. you would have to click portfolio at the top

for some reason i like the intro flash page. but i have been told to take it out so im definatly considering it.

and was thinking about doing the JAC thing too. and probably will.

whats an ICO icon (sorry my first website)

lost me at the last part? i kinda cheated and did the site through a website.

Also im having trouble with the layout on the main page. to me i dont think it really catches ones eye. maybe some layout help to would be nice. i like that model clean look.

thank again

The .ICO icon file is the image that pops up in front of the title of the page at the top of your browser window. This is otherwise known as a shortcut icon. The default file name and location for the file is /favicon.ico

For example, this is the shortcut icon for the TTORA page:

I can tell you built the site on Wix. I can see the page loading all the flash content from Wix website. The non-flash content is what browsers see if they don't have flash enabled. Usually this is just straight HTML. In any case, you do have non-flash HTML content on the site, however it is pretty poorly constructed which leads me to believe the Wix site just self generated that content.

I like the new design much better.

One thing I did notice is that the alternate name for the images are displayed when you hover over them. This is proper HTML use, but doesn't really look good when a box with "s402a93-2380he29a2l" pops up as your mouse is hovering over one of the pics.
