I know that smittybuilt isnt exactly the best trail armor, but I think this looks pretty good for my street queen. Its $314 at rockymountainsusp.com.....opinions?

get what you want, remember this is the internet, people are going to bash you for this style bumper, people will like this style. i honestly dont like it but who cares, its your truck do what you want to it

is that a 1 piece or a bolt together? I had a Smittybilt Outland grill gaurd (bolt together type) and it rusted out in less than 18 months, water leaked into it and became trapped inside, when I removed it there was probably 2 gallons of nasty brown water in it, perhaps a couple of drain holes would have prevented this

Thats kind of a new twist on the old grill guard design. I kinda like that look actually. Reminds me of those huge trail armor bumpers, just scaled down. The long side guard don't look to have any supports, so the moment you hit those on something, that whole thing will be mangled. For off-road use, you would loose more approach angle, but probably about the same as having a winch bumper.
