As you may have read, I got a new used truck this past week. Since it was used, I changed the differential, transfer case and engine oil switched over to synthetics. Ordered a transmission cooler and will switch the tranny over to synthetics next week. Also changed the air filter and plugs for good measure. Any other maintenance that I should do on a used truck?

check your diff breathers, extend them if needed. check your brakes, make sure they are ok. I usually change out the plugs and wires when I get a new used vehicle just so I know when it was done.
check all the belts, other crap like that.
