I figured a 40 would be out of reach for me for a few more years. There are deals to be found on older cruisers and toyotas. The pigs are more expensive to fix up unless you can weld and shape metal pretty good on your own but ive seen a few sell on craigslist for lower than I thought. The rust is so common and been fixed by people before its pretty easy to read up on what you are getting into before had in most cases. Mines in the middle of getting new floor pans and rockers then an axle/knuckle rebuild and it should be in pretty good shape.Never owned one, but I wish I could afford a good condition FJ45. The old iron pig holds a spot in my heart as well.
