I would say a two inch lift shackle would make it level.

Downey's are 1.5" unless they've added other sizes.
for a level truck anything from 1.5-2" should work. Do the front first and measure.

my front is set at 2.5" and with the downey 1.5" lift shackles my rear end is slightly higher. with 3" up front you should be pretty level

The longer the shackle the faster you will flatten your leafs. I have also heard that to long and you start to lose flex.
