is it ok to run a .25" or .5" wheel spacer on a tacoma? if so, what is a good brand of wheel spacer?

thanks...dalton
You will get mixed feelings on this issue, but if you HAVE TO run spacers in that range make sure you also get longer bolts.

Personally I would only run spacers if I had wheel/caliper fitment issues, or tire rubbing at full turns on the frame rails. If it is to get a wider stance(or for looks) I wouldn't recommend it.

I would say absolutely not but that is just me. Instead of running one i grinded the caliper down about 2mm's. If you want it to stick out more get a wheel w/less backspacing like a 3.75 or 3.25 or something. I'm running a 3.75" backspacing w/33x12.5's and it sticks out a good 2".
