I read on here that these guys had rebuilt S.C.'s for 1100.00 but it looks as if that deal has gone bye.

i will let you take my sc and put on a free turbo kit as a test truck haha

I have two trucks with 3.4s in them. So, we got plenty of test trucks handy for that turbo kit.

I also have an 05 Tacoma and I am working on the turbo kit for that now.

If all goes well we are going to keep ripping out these turbo kits in rapid fire mode.

look on eBay! i've seen some brand new ones that sold for ~$1600 plus about $50 shipping. buy from a reputable seller so you won't get jacked.

if you get the charger

get the URD fuel kit
skip the 7th injector stuff

the urd kit is tuneable and gives more power and is overral a better unit


i had a modified kit a couple years ago.... boosted HP and TQ quit considerably

also check the for sale section here, someone was selling a charger with fuel mods the other day for a steal

if you get the charger, get fuel mods or your engine will suffer



the stock fuel system cant hang with the charger

Thanks for all the ideas and links. I have been keeping an eye on Gadges turbo, perhaps I will wait it out and see what that is all about. If I don't end going that way their is a good chance one of you will be looking to get rid of you supercharger to upgrade

Do you have an ETA on the URD Turbo and/or an estimated price? I'm looking to add forced induction this summer and would prefer a turbo to S/C if it's priced competetively. STS is not, IMO, ideal in design or price.
