Where are you located? I have one to sell. Its a U-haul round tube and the only thing that is visiable is the part the drops down for the reciever. The factory ones from Toyota are square tube and you can see the ends where is attaches to the frame.

my 2003 tacoma didnt come with a tow package and i am looking to get one soon...i want one where it is hidden the most and i want a class III...where would be the cheapest place to find one? thanks for your help
