I think the backspacing is good but I am not sure about the offset.

They look identical to the 58's, except for the "bead lock" look ring. I tried those wheels on my '03 (16x8, 4 BS) and they rubbed very badly on the calipers.

I ended up going with Pro Comp 1869's (16x8, 4 BS) NSOR did them for 125 (cdn) a piece.
