i couldn't figure out much from that site, is it in sacramento?

It is up in Grass Valley, we stay at the Nevada County Fairgrounds. Depending on traffic (which makes a huge difference) it is about an hour from Sacramento.

The deadline for entrys is December 15th (tomorrow). If you are going to go, I would mail the form and also call the phone number on it and let them know it is on its way.
