It will hold a winch, but there is no winch plate that came with it, I'd imagine you'd have to fab something up or get a winch plate to mount to the frame. To tell you the truth, I'm not sure if it'll work with a body lift because of the way it mounts. It mounts to the stock bumper locations and it mounts to the stock tow hook locations. So there is a verticle and horizontal mount. I can't think of anyway to change to the mounting point that mounts to the stock tow hook locations to get an extra 3" of height on it.
