So im trying to put a flex fan on my Tacoma and no matter what I do the fan and fan clutch will not come off the truck. Not sure if it's just seized on there or what, but I've taken the 4 12mm nuts off the fan clutch, I've taken the power steering belt, and alternator belt completely off and still no matter what I do, the fan won't come off the pulley...any suggestions? Tried beating on it with a hammer, tried pb Blaster over night, tried pulling it off with some sketchy rigged up ratchet straps pulling it forward. Tried a big ass pry bar, no matter what I do the fan won't come off the pulley...

Radiator off? Seems like it's rusted on put a wedge in-between the mounting plate and wack it.
There should be nothing else keeping the fan clutch attached. You need something bigger to hit it with to pop it loose.
Tell me how crazy this is. I've been at it for 3 days to no avail. The fan and clutch see not coming off no matter how big a hammer, no matter how big a pry bar, no matter how much heat/cool, no matter howany pulling devices I try...what if I hacksaw right through the fan spacer and the water pump and then replace the water pump as well? Could work I think
